Esta m\u00e9trica revela los beneficios que recibes por la relaci\u00f3n que mantienes con tus clientes, con informaci\u00f3n relevante para retener a aquellos que son m\u00e1s valiosos para el crecimiento de tu negocio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La implementaci\u00f3n de esta m\u00e9trica puede implicar distintos desaf\u00edos.
